Improve your Upper Body Stregth: Do Pushups!

This is an interesting website, which logs how many pushups you're doing each day. My co-worker and his brother are nerdy-math types, which is apparent, once you see the site.  Anyway, to participate, you need to email the webmaster with your totals, so the data entry is low-tech, but still highly-effective--then again, so are pushups.
